Chloe’s classes are inspired by her trainings in a variety of styles of Yoga and movement including, Purna, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hatha, Yoga Dance, Ayurvedic therapy as well as Acrobatic and Therapeutic flight.

Strengthen the physical, emotional and subtle energies in the body by flowing your way through this dynamic and creative class. Let go of what holds you back, explore, connect and discover your full potential.

Challenging and uplifting classes with a focus on alignment and the use of gentle adjustments.

Chloe aims to hold a space where students can use their body and breath to create strength and openness, to enable them to connect to the Guru/Teacher within. The one that guides and enlightens you.

Yoga is an internal experience and one that leads us back to ourselves.

For the past 7 years Chloe has travelled the globe training and teaching Yoga as well as leading Retreats. Like all of us, she is continually developing her practice, and integrating the lessons she learns on the mat into her daily life.
